Blackhawk pilot dies after crashing single engine plane

Daily Mail U.S reported that a U.S army pilot died today when the single engine plane he was flying crashed in Massachussets.
Scott Landis, 34 was in the plane alongside his brother Patrick, 29, for the purpose of scattering the ashes of their father that died recently.
Patrick is still in critical condition in hospital.
Scott was an experienced Blackhawk pilot currently stationed in Kosovo.


The light plane crashed shortly after taking off from Cranland Airport, near a pond that is about 50 feet from the runway.
