Chilean Air Force Hercules goes missing in Antártica.

A Chilean Air Force (FACH) Hercules C-130 hás gone missing since Monday, December 9, 2019 during a flight between Punta Arenas and the Chilean Antartic Territory. Radio contact was lost at 18:30 p.m. on Monday, and on Tuesday at 00:40 hours FACH declared an emergency. A total of 38 people are lost, 17 crewmembers and 21 passengers, including Army General Daniel Ortiz Vidal,that during the October citizens uprising refused to declare curfew in the City of Chillán.
